You may browse our website and submit inquiries for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written consent. Product images, descriptions, and technical information are provided for reference and may not represent exact current inventory.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and photographs — is the property of Lotaotao Crafts or used with permission. When you submit drawings, designs, or specifications for a custom order, you retain ownership of your intellectual property. We will not use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order without your explicit consent.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the specifications, quantities, and shipping terms agreed at the time of quotation. Changes to specifications, material availability, or exchange rate fluctuations may require a revised quotation.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment and written sample approval. Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, order complexity, or circumstances beyond our control. Lotaotao Crafts will communicate any schedule changes promptly.

Our standard payment terms are T/T, 40% deposit to start production and 60% balance before shipment. Payment terms for specific orders are defined in the proforma invoice. Title to goods transfers to the buyer upon full payment.

Lotaotao Crafts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability for any manufacturing defect is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
