Products
What wooden products can you manufacture?
We manufacture a wide range of custom wooden products, including wooden boxes, crates, trays, displays, storage organizers, gift packaging, home décor, and promotional products. Production is based on your drawings, samples, or specifications.
What wood species do you work with?
We work with pine, paulownia, poplar, birch, beech, oak, walnut, bamboo, acacia, maple, rubberwood, MDF, and various plywoods. See our Wood Materials Guide for detailed comparisons of density, hardness, cost, and best uses.
Can you manufacture products based on my drawings or samples?
Yes. We can manufacture according to CAD drawings, technical files, reference photos, or physical samples. If needed, we can also suggest practical improvements to simplify production and reduce manufacturing costs.
Can you produce custom sizes and non-standard shapes?
Yes. Since most of our products are made to order, dimensions, shapes, thicknesses, internal compartments, hardware, and structural details can all be customized.
Product Development
Can you help with product design if I only have a rough idea?
Yes. Even if you only have a concept or reference image, we can help develop a manufacturable design by recommending suitable materials, structures, and production methods.
What information do you need for a quotation?
To provide an accurate quotation, please send the product dimensions, material preference, quantity, logo requirements, finish, packaging details, and any drawings or reference images if available.
Can you recommend suitable materials and construction for my product?
Yes. Based on your application, budget, and target market, we can recommend suitable wood species, panel thickness, structural design, hardware, and finishing options.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples can be produced before mass production for approval. Sample costs depend on the product complexity and are typically credited toward the bulk order after confirmation.
Manufacturing
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is generally 200 pieces per design or size. However, it may vary depending on the product type, material, manufacturing process, and customization requirements.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the product and order quantity. Most custom orders are completed within 20–40 days after sample approval and receipt of the deposit.
How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is checked throughout production, including material inspection, machining, assembly, sanding, finishing, logo application, hardware installation, and final inspection before shipment.
Can I reorder the same product later?
Yes. We keep production records whenever possible to help maintain consistent dimensions, materials, finishes, logo placement, and packaging for repeat orders.
Branding & Packaging
What logo and branding options do you offer?
We offer laser engraving, silk screen printing, UV printing, hot branding, foil stamping, and other logo application methods. See our Logo & Branding Options guide for details on each method.
Can you provide custom packaging?
Yes. We can supply custom retail boxes, color boxes, master cartons, labels, barcode stickers, instruction sheets, and other packaging based on your branding requirements.
What surface finishes do you offer?
Available finishes include natural, stained, painted, varnished, lacquered, waxed, charred, distressed, and unfinished sanded surfaces. Custom colors can also be developed according to your requirements.
Can you supply products with custom hardware or accessories?
Yes. We can source and install a wide variety of hardware, including hinges, latches, locks, handles, magnets, acrylic panels, foam inserts, dividers, leather straps, and other accessories.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We regularly export wooden products worldwide and can arrange sea freight, air freight, rail transport, or courier delivery according to your destination and shipping requirements.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, and other commonly used Incoterms. We can recommend the most suitable shipping solution based on your order quantity and destination.
Can you combine different products into one shipment?
Yes. Different products or models can usually be combined in one shipment, provided the production schedule and minimum quantities are met.
Orders & Support
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are T/T, 40% deposit before production and the remaining 60% before shipment.
What if there is a quality issue after delivery?
If any manufacturing quality issues are found, please contact us with photos or videos. We will review the issue promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
How do I start a custom project?
Simply send us your drawings, dimensions, reference images, or product ideas. We will review your requirements, recommend suitable materials and construction if needed, and provide a quotation with production suggestions.
Who will communicate with me during production?
A dedicated sales representative will follow your order from quotation through shipment. We provide timely updates on sampling, production progress, quality inspection, and shipping to ensure smooth communication throughout the project.
