How to Place a Custom Order
From your first inquiry to final delivery — a clear process for ordering custom wooden products.
Share Your Idea
- Send us a sketch, reference photo, CAD file, or a written description of what you need.
- Tell us the dimensions, preferred wood species, desired quantity, and any special requirements.
- If you have a target budget, share it — we will recommend materials and construction methods that hit your price point.
Design Review & Quote
- We review your requirements and provide material recommendations, structural suggestions, and a detailed quote within 24 hours.
- We flag any design details that may cause production issues or add unnecessary cost before you commit.
- Once pricing and specifications are confirmed, we move to the sample stage.
Sample Production & Approval
- A pre-production sample is made in 7–10 days. We send photos for your initial review, then ship the physical sample to you.
- You check every detail: grain direction, stain shade, engraving alignment, lid fit, hardware quality.
- If revisions are needed, we adjust and resample. Bulk production starts only after you approve the final sample.
Bulk Production
- Production takes 25–35 days after sample approval, depending on order size and complexity.
- We keep you updated throughout — photos and progress updates are standard.
- Quality control happens at every stage: material inspection, in-process checks, and final inspection before packing.
Packing & Global Shipping
- Each product is individually wrapped or sleeved, then packed in export-grade corrugated cartons with internal dividers.
- Shipping options: sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, or international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and urgent orders.
- We handle FOB, CIF, or DDP terms and coordinate with your freight forwarder or recommend trusted shipping partners.
Payment Terms
Sample Fee
A sample fee applies before production. The amount depends on the complexity of your design. This fee is typically credited toward your bulk order.
Bulk Order Payment
T/T, 40% deposit to start production, 60% balance before shipment. We share photos and videos of finished goods for your review before requesting the final payment.
